If you have registered already, you were asked to check the talks you'd like to attend at checkout.

You can revisit and edit your selection by logging in the event's site.

Please make sure your personalised schedule reflects your choices.

You will be sent automated reminder emails for all the talks you have selected, to make sure you don't miss anything.

First off, make sure you have purchased a ticket that grants you access to the talk(s) you are planning on watch remotely.

If you have your ticket sorted, there's a number of ways you can access the recordings after the event:

- The first way is to open your browser, point to the appropriate talk URL at the specific time and login with the email used for your ticket purchase. When the time of the talk comes, a window will open transferring you to the live stream. 

For example, if you want to watch the "Connected Data London 2024 Preview: From Local Heroes to Global Reach" preview roundtable on December 5, you must go to https://2024.connected-data.london/talks/connected-data-london-2024-preview-from-local-heroes-to-global-reach/ and login with the mail used for your ticket purchase. At December 5, 5 pm GMT, a window will open, transferring you to the recording.

- Another way is through your Personal Schedule

Attendees can access a session by logging into the event and then heading to their personal schedule.

Then they can click the View button next to the session they want to watch.

An alternative is access via event notification emails:

Attendees can also access the session page via event emails (i.e., session reminder emails, the personal schedule email, or daily digest email that are sent to attendees automatically). We never send attendees the join links via email for privacy reasons. The links in the email will send attendees to the session page.

Yes! Presentations will be made available to all participants to watch as soon as possible after the event.

Yes, cancellations must be submitted in writing. For more details about the refund policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions: https://www.connected-data.london/terms-of-business. Also, if a delegate is unable to attend, they are free to send their colleague at no extra charge for name change and we will transfer the fee from the canceled delegate to his colleague.

It is entirely up to you, some delegates prefer to use notepad, some prefer to use laptops. Perhaps it is a good idea to bring your laptop with you should you feel you need it.

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and shared with attendees after the event. Masterclass instructors also share material with attendees.

Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance.

Yes, we do Flash Sales like Halloween/Black Friday/Cyber Monday or Christmas when you can get up to 15% off if you look out for coupon codes.

We also offer discounts for group registrations of 2 or more - take a look at the ticket details for bulk discount offers.

We also offer discounts if you get a discounted code from our partners or sponsors.

You can download VAT/Tax invoice right after purchase but should you not be able to do it, please ask [email protected] for your copy.

We prefer advance registration, but if you wish to pay on arrival, we will charge your card the full rate of your selected ticket.
